We often fulfill and send orders within a 24-hour turnaround, so if you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us as fast as you can.

We do, yes. Please see our Terms of Service to see which countries are excluded from our shipping area. We reserve the right to refund and refuse an order at our sole discretion.

It depends on your location, but we try to send out shipments 2x a week so no order should take more than a few days to arrive.

Please use the tracking number provided in the order email to try and locate the parcel with the shipping service. We cannot control what happens to parcels once they are out of our hands.
