Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated based on the product and amount ordered, the shipping destination, and the delivery option. With so many variables involved, the best way to determine the possible shipping rates for any order is to add the desired products to your cart a begin the process of checking out.
International orders We ship to locations all over the world except: Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Hong Kong, Iraq, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Taiwan, and Yemen.
Please note that some international shipments may be subject to customs fees that are outside of La Panthere Studio’s control.
We do not ship to commercial addresses except for wholesale orders. We do not ship to forwarding companies whose businesses exist to procure items for counterfeiters. Please review our Terms of Service to ensure you acknowledge that, like any privately-owned business, we reserve the right to refuse any order at any time at our sole discretion.
Standard Delivery orders are printed with our standard print and processing time.
- Orders for the US and Canada are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. Orders that weigh more than 4 pounds will be shipped UPS Ground. A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email. International Standard orders usually take about 2 weeks in transit, but can sometimes take 4 weeks to arrive due to customs, distance and other factors.
- International orders are shipped via USPS International Economy, or UPS, and the postal service of your country. Orders with a total of $500 or more will be shipped UPS International and may require a signature upon delivery. If one is available, a tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email.
We do not do Guaranteed Delivery, Rush Delivery or Expedited Delivery of orders at this time, except for wholesale orders which are negotiated individually with retailers.
Shipping timelines
- Domestic (US) orders placed by noon CST will be shipped within three business days. Orders are shipped via USPS to arrive within one week, and delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes.
- US Factory orders shipping internationally placed by noon EST will be shipped in two business days via UPS International and will arrive about 12-14 business days after shipping to most locations, and may require a signature upon delivery.
La Panthere Studio is able to ship to Army Post Office (APO) locations, as well as Fleet Post Office (FPO) and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) locations, as well. Please select “United States” as the country for the address. These orders must ship by USPS, and any Guaranteed or Rush Delivery orders will automatically be sent by this carrier unless an alternate non-PO address can be provided.
The following American National Holidays will be recognized company-wide. Shipments will not be processed on these dates.
